International Women's Day

As part of the International Women's Day celebrations, Ishar will host a Women's Health Day event at its premises in Mirrabooka on Monday 15th March 2010, 10am to 12 noon. Women are invited to bring a friend along, join in the 'women's check out', pick up a bag and fill it with information, learn more about their health and ask questions about breast cancer, cervical cancer, child health, nutrition, family planning, mental health, incontincence, diabetes. There are great door prizes to be won. A children's activity corner will be available and morning tea will be provided.

For catering purposes, please call Ishar by 8th March to register your interest.

Carers Group Activities

The Multicultural Carers Support and Skills Development Program at Ishar is a metro wide service that provides a range of free holistic services to CaLD Carers of people with a mental illness. The program operates in Mirrabooka, Maddington, Fremantle and Midland. For details on group activities planned in these locations, please visit "For Carers" section of this website.
