Jolene Ellat is a domestic family violence (DFV) and sexual violence specialist, founder and Director of the Domestic Abuse Resource and Training Group (DART Group). Jolene has worked in specialist FDV and sexual violence services for over 15 years working across Not-for-profit community services, government bodies and peak bodies in WA.

Australia’s Special Representative to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), award-winning author/publisher and senior advisor with extensive experience in refugee and multicultural policy, research and public engagement. A former refugee with a PhD focused on the Vietnamese boat people in Hong Kong, Carina brings a unique combination of lived experience, academic rigour and strategic insight to her work. She has advised governments, institutions and community organisations across Australia, the United States and Asia. Carina is an inductee of the WA Women’s Hall of Fame and a frequent media commentator and international speaker on refugee protection, migration, multiculturalism and social cohesion.

As Director of The Garden Family Medical Clinic in Piara Waters, she leads a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to her local community. Originally from Orange, NSW, Ramya completed her medical training at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. Alongside her clinical work, Ramya holds senior academic and leadership roles and brings extensive governance and board experience across health, education, and professional organisations.

Tolu is a visionary leader and business strategist with over 15 years of global experience in public health, consulting, and philanthropy, particularly across Africa, North America, and Australia. She is committed to driving social impact through innovation and collaboration, emphasizing the empowerment of women and young people. Grounded in her core values of authenticity, empathy, integrity, and respect, Tolu advocates for women's leadership and wellness while fostering resilience and a sense of belonging among youth. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is currently completing an Executive MBA at the University of Sydney.

Jennifer is an accomplished HR and Business Services Leader and High-Performance Coach. With extensive experience at global resource companies across the US, UK and Australia, she has been a key member of leadership teams and served on the boards of Not-For-Profit organisations. Jennifer’s strong business acumen and leadership skills are evident in every role she undertakes.

Alanna Lofthouse is a senior lawyer and governance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors. Alanna advises not-for-profits, private organisations and government bodies on legal, regulatory and compliance matters that are important to their operations, strategy and growth. Alanna’s support is premised on a considered, pragmatic and people-centred approach.
